What is NegocioEnLinea.es and what exactly do you do?
NegocioEnLinea.es is a technology consultancy and lab that designs and builds custom digital solutions for freelancers and small businesses: websites, apps, internal tools, management software and process automation. We mostly step in when off-the-shelf software doesn't fit how the business actually works, and something custom has to be built.
What does it actually mean that you don't charge if you don't solve it?
Before we start, we put in writing which problem we're going to solve and the criteria we'll use to know it's solved. If we deliver and that criteria isn't met, we don't invoice. What we handle separately is a change of scope mid-project: if along the way you decide you want something different, we rethink it together and adjust the agreement.
How much does a website or an app cost?
We don't have fixed rates, because no two businesses are alike. Every project is quoted individually once we understand what you need, and you'll always know the price before we start working. The first conversation and the proposal cost nothing.
Where do you work, and with what kind of businesses?
We work remotely with clients across Spain. Our usual audience is freelancers and small businesses, but that's not a requirement — if you're a larger company with a specific problem that fits what we do, we're happy to talk.
I don't understand technology. Is that a problem?
Quite the opposite — it's actually the usual starting point. You know your business, we know the technical side. You don't need to know what a server or a database is to work with us.
How long does it take?
A website for a local business is usually a matter of weeks; custom management software can take months. What matters is that we give you the timeline before we start, not as we go.
